Opening Hours of the Library:
1. The Library shall remain open to the readers from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on all working days.
2. The issue counter will remain open from 10.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on all working days.
3. The working hours may be extended or curtailed in special circumstances by prior notice on the notice board.
Memberships:
The members of the teaching staff, regular employees and students of the College are eligible to become a regular member of the college library. Retired Principals, teachers and other staff of the college are also eligible to become a user of the library with certain conditions. However, Librarian at his discretion may allow others to make casual use of the library for academic purposes only.
Borrowing privileges and conditions of loan for the members of the library are as follows:
� Books may be renewed after the stipulated loan period if there is no reservation for the book.
However, the Librarian can recall any book on loan if it is required in the library.
� An overdue charge of Rs.1.00/- per day will be levied if a book is kept beyond the due date.
� Students at the end of each semester must return borrowed books to the library.
� Books treated as reference book, rare books, journals/bound periodicals, reports etc. are not issued
on loan.
